Submit your Company Report by September 30, 2014 for the 2014 Schedule of Contributions; Last Installment due by September 26, 2014 for 2013 Schedule

Just two weeks are left until September 30, 2014, to submit your 2014 Company Report. That is also the deadline for providing documentation to support your request for a credit for recycled content. September 26 is the deadline for the last payment installment relating to the 2013 Schedule of Contributions, i.e. 20% of your 2013 contribution.

Éco Entreprises Québec applauds the brilliance of three Quebec students at the first-ever Packplay Project, an international packaging design project

Eco Entreprises Québec (EEQ) would like to congratulate the three winners of the PACKPLAY project, whose names were announced on September 10 at the opening of the exhibition held at UQAM's Centre de design, with Börkur Bergmann, Director of the Centre de design, Sylvain Allard, the professor in charge of UQAM's industrial design program, the designer and producer of PACKPLAY, and Maryse Vermette, President and CEO of Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ), major partner of the competition.

Youth become ambassadors of curbside recycling in Quebec

The Away-from-Home Recovery Program (the Program), the Regroupement des maisons de jeunes du Québec (RMJQ) and the bacs+ (acronym for bénéfices de l’augmentation de la collecte sélective, or benefits of improving curbside recycling) group have established a historic partnership to launch the Curbside Recycling Ambassadors Program.

Revision of ÉEQ’s fee formula

As announced during consultation meetings for ÉEQ’s 2014 Schedule of Contributions, the organization began a diagnostic phase as part of work to revise the fee formula it has used to develop each of its Schedules of Contributions for the past 10 years.

ÉEQ WELCOMES THE LAUNCH OF THE INSTITUTE FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT’S STUDY ON PROFITABILITY OF ECO-DESIGN

Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ), the eco-organization responsible for offsetting the costs of municipal curbside recycling services through the contributions of companies that put containers, packaging and printed matter on Quebec’s market, welcomed the Institute for Product Development's (IPD) study on the profitability of eco-design, which launched today at the Centre for Sustainable Development.
