Consultation Meetings and Webcasts
| update 2012-01-23
ÉEQ holds special consultations on the methodology used to develop each schedule of contributions. Companies and organizations subject to the compensation plan are invited to comment on the decisions and orientations taken for the development of the rules governing the Schedule of Contributions and the contribution grid. A report on comments received is then prepared and included with the Schedule of Contributions, which is then submitted to the government for approval. + More info on the consultation process and the Schedule of Contributions » Company Consultation.

Consultation
on 2007 and 2008 Schedules of Contributions
| 2010, September & October
A meeting is always held in Ontario in order to reach the primary contacts of large companies who generate materials intended for Quebec consumers.
Since the meetings were held before the agreement on net costs was signed, they essentially provided companies with information on the compensation plan and gave them an opportunity to comment on the 2007 and 2008 Schedule of Contributions. The draft 2007 and 2008 contribution grids submitted to companies at that time were expected to cover both obligation years, i.e. 2007 and 2008.
The 2007 fee grid as well as the latest adjustments to the Schedule of Contributions, as adopted by the Board of Directors on December 12, 2009, were presented at an audio broadcast held on December 17, 2008. See the related documents below.
