Board of Directors | update 2011-05-01

The members of the Board of Directors whose term was up have been elected by acclamation at the Annual General Assembly held on April 27, 2011 in Montreal. To fill the vacancy in the Retailers and Distributors sector, the Board welcomed Martin Labrecque, Vice-President, Finance and Control, Uni-Sélect inc.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors that followed the Annual General Assembly, the mandate of our Officers was renewed : Denis Brisebois as Chair, Suzanne Blanchet as Vice-Chair and Florent Gravel as Secretary Treasurer.

As prescribed in ÉEQ's General Bylaws, members are grouped according to the three following sectors. The Board is made up of 12 Directors, of which 11 are active to date and one vacancy in the General Sector - Services - Durable Goods.
