REMINDER: TODAY IS THE DEADLINE FOR FILING
2009 COMPANY REPORTS

As prescribed in the rules of the Schedule of Contributions, today, Tuesday, August 30, 2011, is the deadline for filing your 2009 Company Report. Companies and organizations will then have one month to pay their contribution, i.e. by close of business September 29, 2011. Missing that deadline results in interest charges!

September 29, 2011, is also the deadline for providing supporting documentation to obtain the credit for post-consumer recycled content relating to printed matter. This new feature of the 2009 Schedule of Contributions enables companies that generated printed matter containing sufficient post-consumer recycled materials to meet thresholds of 50% for catalogues and publications or 80% for all other printed matter to take advantage of a 20%/t credit. SPECIAL CONSULTATION
2010, 2011 AND 2012 SCHEDULES OF CONTRIBUTIONS

Register to attend a special consultation meeting on the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Schedules of Contributions. These 2-hour meetings will be an opportunity for companies targeted by the Environment Quality Act to obtain information, make comments and ask questions on the impact of regulatory changes to the compensation plan and schedules of contributions, risks and issues relating to the next three Schedules of Contributions, 2010, 2011 and 2012 contribution tables as well as the terms of staggering out payments.
