THE 2008 SCHEDULE OF CONTRIBUTIONS IS NOW EFFECTIVE: TIME TO REPORT!

We’ve been waiting for it – The 2008 Schedule of Contributions was published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and becomes effective as of today, July 7, 2010. All companies and organizations may now log on to the online reporting system from ÉEQ’s website to start filling out their 2008 Company Report. The deadline for submitting your report is October 5, 2010, and November 4, 2010, for paying your contribution.

Before beginning your report, remember that:

A new reporting system was implemented about a month ago. Don’t forget to update the link if you had it as a favourite on your browser.
You received a new alpha-numeric password on June 4, 2010. You will need it to access your online company file. If you did not receive your password, contact Member Services to validate your e mail address.
2007 data entered for your 2007 Company Report have been automatically copied over to 2008. The quantities, methodology and brands are therefore already indicated for your new report.
To be in compliance and receive the invoice relating to your 2008 Company Report, you must:
- Confirm your obligation
- Answer questions on your company
- Save each of your screens
- Answer clarification questions that will be displayed according to the materials you report
- Submit your report.
